We started LoadTest Cold Brew 8 with a simple, uncompromising vision: to bring the slow, intentional pace of a Parisian sidewalk café to the heart of Minnesota. Every batch of our signature cold brew is steeped for exactly eighteen hours, using clean water and beans sourced directly from local, independent roasters who share our obsession with origin.
